I do not have a problem w/ recommending specific products like through an amazon program (as I did last week), however, I will not do contextual ads. I'm in this to make a difference and although I'd like to make money too -- I cannot do anything that would sacrifice my own reputation or name. And I will not have my name on something that I don't personally approve of. Many bloggers don't see aproblem w/ Google Adsense, but like you, I do.
