This is the other plugin Lorelle recommended for battling content thieves. I’m not sure what to do once you see your “fingerprint” in another’s blog though.

This will let you see any PDF nicely, and you can enter it from the web or a local file. This will be a nice alternative to google’s view as HTML which never looks all that good.
