I happened across the new Google Gadget Word Search (among others) on the Google Docs blog the other day, and I think it’s wonderful.
I’m planning to make a few to embed in my Moodle site for my kids to use. I wanted to try it out here first.

Saw your tweet and came to see what the gadget was about. I like it. Did it take long to set up? I assume the code will embed into wikis and blogs as well. Can think of many uses for this gadget. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Anne!
Thanks for stopping by. It took me under five minutes to set up, and the embed code is fairly standard, so as long as the site you want to embed it in allows script tags, you’ll be fine.
Beware that some sites do not, for security reasons, so your mileage may vary.
